Karachi Kings Retained Players Categories for 2025
After Shan Masood transferred to Karachi Kings, their first-round Silver pick was swapped for Multan Sultan’s fourth-round Diamond pick.

Karachi Kings Retained Players for 2025
First on the list is their captain, Shan Masood. Karachi Kings will keep him in the Platinum category and ask him to lead the team again.
The second player is Hasan Ali. He was traded from Islamabad United, and Karachi Kings will bring him back to strengthen their bowling attack.
Next is James Vince, the powerful English batsman. Karachi Kings will retain him as the vice-captain and an opening batsman for the team.
For the fourth player, it will be either Shoaib Malik or Mohammad Nawaz. While Shoaib Malik is still playing, Karachi Kings might choose Mohammad Nawaz for his all-round capabilities.
The fifth player is Tabraiz Shamsi, as Karachi Kings need a strong spinner. Shamsi will be an essential part of their bowling attack.
At number six is Mir Hamza, the left-arm fast bowler. He has been performing excellently, and Karachi Kings will want to retain him.
