Ahead of the Indian Premier League 2024, BCCI announced the mini-auction date for the IPL 2024. Auction is scheduled to take place at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on December 19, 2023.This will be the first time that the auction will be held outside IndiaEach team will have a budget of Rs. 100 crore for IPL 2024 tournament ,an increase from the previous year’s Rs. 95 crore. Unlike mega-auction, each squad can retain the majority of their players ahead of the auction.

Final auction is set to be on 19 December in which each time will unveil their players with their packages. Although it is assumed that Foreign players will be the most expensive in tournament .Local players like Virat Kohli ,Rohit Sharma , Shubman Gill and others who were most effective in CWC 2023 and Asia Cup 2023 will also be the highest payed players.
